You may receive a promo code via email (upon sign up or after a referral) or via our website for special promotions (seasonal or senior's discounts).
These codes can be entered in your shopping cart to receive the given discount for the specific code. You may only use one promo code per order.
Every customer who refers us to a friend that spends over $100 will receive a discount code good for $25 off their next order. The coupon code is good for one year after your friend's date of purchase.
All you have to do is text or email your friend a copy of your referral url which can be found on the dashboard of your my account page. After we've processed your friend's order (provided it is above $100), you'll be sent a coupon code good for $25 of off your next order.
Be sure to check your junk folder if you don't receive it.
In the payment section of your shopping cart choose the option for email money transfer. You can then continue through the remaining steps and complete your transaction.
After you've checked out enter your online banking app and send an Interac Etransfer for the total amount to sales@dabninja.express. The secret question will be your order number, so be sure to keep this number handy.
Once we receive your Etransfer you should receive notification from your bank and we will begin processing your order for delivery. The whole process usually takes around 30 minutes.
*Please note that Etransfer is only available for mail orders only.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. BC customers can expect to receive their orders within 1-3 business days depending on their vicinity to our Vancouver home-base. While national orders can take up to a week, depending on location. You will be provided with tracking information via email once the product is dropped of for shipping.
All orders from outside our delivery zone will be charged a flat $20 delivery fee to cover the cost of expedited shipment with Canada Post.
Delivery is free for orders over $100 within our delivery zone (Vancouver, UBC, Richmond, Burnaby and the North Shore). Smaller orders will be accompanied by a flat $10 delivery fee.
Firstly, you will need to keep your phone nearby to await your driver's notification, which should come 15-20 minutes prior to arrival. You will then be required to present a valid government-issued Photo-ID, both in order to confirm your age and to ensure you receive the correct order. And lastly, you will be required to have your cash payment ready.
Your order should be delivered within 2 hours . However, due to our Kitsilano home base, those located in adjacent areas (Kits, UBC, DT, Fairview) may receive orders faster.
Conversely, customers in more disparate locations (East Van, Richmond, Burnaby, North Shore) can expect to receive their order on the higher end of this time frame.
Your driver will contact you 15-20 minutes before your delivery to confirm a time and location. So kindly keep your phone nearby.
We are currently open 7 days a week from Noon - 8pm ( last orders taken at 7:30pm ). Orders received after 7:30 pm will be delivered during operating hours the next business day.
